This week The Quality Group Lottery Solutions GmbH supports another social institution with donations. MAhLZEITis a homeless shelter and belongs to the Diakonie. Meals are currently in great demand, as it normally offers homeless people a food distribution, showers, opportunities to talk and much more. Due to Covid-19 and in order to keep the hygiene and distance measures in this context, the facility had to close down until further notice.

The employees have changed their concept without further ado and are now personally delivering essential items to the homeless. Once a week, they receive a packed bag to ensure that they have sufficient supplies for at least a few days.

The Quality Group Lottery Solutions GmbH supports the facility and donates urgently needed hygiene articles which are otherwise available to the homeless people in the facility and are currently difficult to obtain.

The MAhL ZEIT team in Hamburg offers homeless guests a warm and peaceful lounge area with breakfast and hot lunch. There is also a small clothing store, showers, washing machines and dryers. Of course, non-homeless people are also welcome at any time. Dogs can also be brought into MAhL ZEIT. The success of the project also depends largely on the volunteers and the donations of money and goods.
