November 2020 – With the TQG-LotterySuite, Lotto Brandenburg is setting a technological trend for the next few years and offers the Brandenburgers convenient access to the range of games in an attractive design. The new functions are fully oriented towards the player.

Customer approach 3.0 – online with the TQG-LotterySuite

On 11 August LAND BRANDENBURG LOTTO GmbH (LBL) launched its new user-oriented online presence. Together with TQG, this comprehensive project was implemented on the basis of the TQG-LotterySuite and is also technologically pioneering.

Since 2012, LBL has been using the lottery management software of TQG Lottery Solutions in the online sector. A great advantage is that the TQG LotterySuite can be adapted to a large extent by configuration in the respective company. This creates the necessary flexibility to make constant improvements with a customer focus.

The Brandenburger players can now enjoy a simplified registration, a shopping cart and an improved integrated payment process. All in all, the new design makes it easier for the game-oriented, mobile customer and lives up to its purpose of providing suitablei nformation and fast betting.

Another new feature is that the content can be displayed in a player-specific way. On the basis of purchasing behaviour, customers are offered what they are really interested in.
